Our History

Evolution Environmental LLC was founded in early 2004 in West Chester, Pennsylvania as a consulting firm specializing in real estate due diligence services. Our core expertise is the Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA).

Our Clientele

We perform our services for lending institutions, real estate professionals, developers, attorneys, and small businesses. Through corporate affiliate agreements, we also provide territorial field support to a number of national environmental service providers.

Our Location

Our location in suburban Philadelphia allows us to efficiently serve the Mid-Atlantic and Greater Northeast. Our national needs are met by a growing network of environmental service professionals strategically located across the country.

Our Staff

Our field professionals combine their local expertise, field experience, and knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations and ASTM standards to provide accurate and sound technical conclusions, and allow the client to make educated business decisions.
